This position will start as mostly remote/telehealth with some evening and weekend office hour availability. The ideal candidate will be someone who wants to work independently while also being a part of a supportive team at a thriving private pay practice in Raleigh, NC.

Capital Counseling is a well-established private pay practice in Raleigh, NC that specializes in working with teen girls, college women/young adults, and women going through various life transitions.

There are no one size fits all approaches at Capital Counseling. Each clinician will work one on one with clients to develop highly individualized treatment plans. We want our therapists to see their ideal clients and work with them using evidence-based approaches of their choosing.
Capital Counseling will provide referrals, but the ideal candidate will be willing to market themselves to grow their caseload. We offer competitive compensation, clinical consultation, & supervision if needed.

Job Responsibilities:

Maintain minimum caseload of 9-12 clients.
-
Complete clinical records in a timely manner.
-
Complete administrative duties related to caseload such as returning emails and phone calls in timely manner.

Respond to client crises, as appropriate.
-
Maintain current licensure according to board standards.
-
Maintain professional standards including laws and ethics of clinical practice.

Participate in group consultations and other staff meetings.
Requirements:
-
Masters or Doctorate degree from an accredited clinical mental health counseling program or related field.
-
Active NC license as a LCMHC, LCSW, LMFT, LCAS, PhD, or PsyD. Provisional license will be considered for the ideal candidate.

Three years clinical experience, preferably in a private practice setting.

Access to a professional & confidential space to conduct sessions.
-
Access to technology such as a computer/mobile device, high speed internet.
-
Proficiency using email communication, virtual phone systems, and EHR scheduling/note/billing systems. Ideal candidate will have direct experience using Simple Practice.

Maintaining caseload of 8-12 clients per week minimum.
-
After-school, evening, and/or weekend availability is a must.

Maintain own malpractice/liability insurance.

Average pay between $50-$100 per hour.
